Price Guide

Close up of Ian & Lydia's wedding invitation, featuring colourful feathers to fit with their bird theme for their stationery.

To give you an idea of pricing I’ve put together a breakdown on how it works together below.

Please keep in mind that this is a guide and based on the usual levels of artwork, quantities and print finishes I work with. For a tailored quote specific to your requirements, to discuss your ideas and budget, please get in touch via my Contact page.

The Breakdown

I work by splitting my fees by ‘artwork’ and ‘printing costs’.

This is why I have no minimum order requirement for each of the items you need as my time creating your illustrations and designs is already covered, so the printing, production and shipping costs on top don’t have a hefty mark up.

I try to work as efficiently as possible when creating the artwork for your stationery to help keep the costs down for you, which is why having an idea of what items you’re interested in ordering at the start of the project is useful. That way I can create images easily transferable across your suite.

I’ll be adding a page to Table Plans and Wedding Day Timelines soon.

Payment

We all know that the cost of weddings can add up, so that's why to try and help I split the payments for your stationery into stages.

Deposit

To secure your booking I will take a deposit of £100 (or 50% of the fee if it's a small order).
This is taken off of your final balance at the point of ordering.

Save the Dates / Invitations

The balance will need to be paid at the time of ordering the finished designs.

Save the Dates - roughly 12 months before the wedding
Invitations - roughly 4 - 6 months before the wedding

If these are the only items I’m creating for you, then the deposit balance will be deducted from the final invoice.

Day Stationery Items

The balance will need to be paid at the time of ordering the finished designs, minus your initial deposit balance.

This would be roughly 10 working days before the wedding.

The time scales provided should hopefully give you an idea of when payments would be due to help you plan and budget. A full blog post to timeframes and when to start working on your stationery items and send them out is available under the Guides section of my website.
