How it Works

1. Please supply a photograph or links to images that you would like to be included within the illustration, as well as any wording (e.g. names or dates) you may wish to be added and any other personal touches you would like included.

2. With this information, I will sketch out rough layout ideas & send them to you to confirm you are happy with the design before I begin the final illustration.

3. The final artwork will be drawn directly onto high-quality watercolour paper and will include the personal touches you're requested. I will begin by sketching the outline, then inking in the detail before gradually building up the colour using watercolour and pencils.

4. Once the illustration is completed I will send you a final proof of the image to confirm you're happy before shipping. You final illustration will be posted out tracked within 2 working days of completion.

Size & Timeframes

The finished illustration will be between A5 to A4 in size depending on your requirements, drawn and painted directly on to an A4 sheet of watercolour paper.

If you require alternate sizings or dimensions for your piece, or wish to discuss other options that may better suit your brief, then drop me a message and we can talk through your ideas.

Each gift commission is hand drawn and painted and takes roughly 5 days to complete depending​ on the level of detail required so please allow roughly 2 weeks for your commission to be completed and shipped.

Pricing

Illustrations start from £150 + postage for a single venue and from £250 + postage for multiple buildings or intricate scenes.
